How do I track my order?

The shipping confirmation email for your Chicos Off the Rack online order provides you with a tracking link that will direct you to the carrier site where you can view the location of your package. How do I return my order?

If you prefer to return or to exchange your purchase in one of our stores, our sales associates will be happy to help you with your return or exchange at any of our U.S. Chico's Outlet or Chico's Off The Rack stores.

Make a Return by Mail
If you prefer to send your return by mail, visit our Returns Portal where you can download and print a prepaid return shipping label. Please note that when we receive your return, we'll deduct $7.00 USD from your refund for handling fees.
