Please note that this request encompasses the data practices of Chico's Distribution Services, Inc. and all of its associated current and future brands. Current brands include Chico's, Chico's Off The Rack, White House Black Market, and Soma.

    This will stop the sharing of personal information linked to your email address, name and other account information you have provided by removing your personal information from any exports we send to our advertising and similar service providers, to the extent such exports constitute selling/sharing, but this does not stop data selling/sharing of personal information that is linked through cookies or other device-based identifiers and not otherwise associated with your other identifying information. Therefore, to fully effectuate an opt out of sharing, please submit this form, and then also visit our Cookies Preference Center which you may access by navigating to our homepage and clicking on “Your Privacy Choices”, and opt out of Targeting Cookies on each device you use to access our website.
