The Passport Program is the Chico’s customer loyalty program. There is no fee to join or maintain membership in the Passport program. You may sign up for Passport online at chicos.com or chicosofftherack.com, at any U.S. Chico's boutique or outlet or by phone at 1.855.300.7580 by providing your first and last name, valid mailing address, phone number, email address and birth month. Please note that by creating an account registration on chicosofftherack.com (or chicos.com), you are signing up for the Passport Program. To receive your full benefits please provide your qualifying membership number every time you shop at Chico's, in-store, via phone or on our websites. When your qualifying merchandise purchases reach $500 USD (whether it takes one day or three years) you will receive the full benefits of the Passport Program.
The Chico’s Passport Program is open to U.S. and International residents, excluding Canadian residents. Unfortunately, Canadian residents are not eligible for the Passport Program. If you are a Canadian resident, you may create an online account, but you will not be enrolled in our loyalty program. International residents are not able to shop on chicosofftherack.com at this time and will not receive Passport benefits on chicosofftherack.com, but are able to create a Passport account on this site. To be eligible for birthday bonus benefits, Passport members must have shopped with us during the past 12 months. No discount on purchases of gift cards, prior purchases, taxes, shipping and certain excluded merchandise. Each member is permitted one Passport membership only. Membership number is not transferable and cannot be shared. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of our Terms & Conditions available on chicos.com and chicosofftherack.com, as may be updated from time to time in our sole discretion. Chico's reserves the right to modify or eliminate benefits or this program at any time without prior notice. Violation of the program rules or coupon terms may result in revocation of membership.
